tofu force-unlock <LOCK_ID>

What it does
Removes a stuck lock from the register, using the ID from the lock error.
When to use it
Only when the run that held the lock is really dead. Ask the person named in Who first.
Example
$ tofu force-unlock 94da26d5-0aeb-a021-8eda-d41c2046f8f1Free the lock with this ID. Copy the ID from your own error.
$ tofu plan -lock-timeout=5mWait up to 5 minutes for a busy lock instead of failing at once.
