Gets the providers a blueprint needs and writes the lock file.
When to use it
First, in a new folder. Again after you add a provider.
Example
$ tofu initGet the suppliers ready for this folder.
$ terraform initThe same job in Terraform.
$ tofu init -upgradePick the newest provider versions your pins allow.
