What it does
Prints the register, or a saved plan, in a readable way. With -json, for robots like policy and cost checks.
When to use it
To read a saved plan before applying it, or to feed it to a check in CI.
Example
$ tofu show -json tfplan > plan.jsonSave the plan as JSON for Conftest.
$ tofu show tfplanRead a saved plan, exactly as it will be applied.
$ tofu showRead the whole register in a readable way.
